We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Director, Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) - Planning and Operations within the Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) Strategy & Operations team! As the Senior Director, Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) - Planning and Operations, you will lead EPS fiscal year commercial planning in partnership with the EPS leadership team, key business partners and cross Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) planning teams. You will also lead and manage the overall EPS leadership rhythm of business (RoB) along with EPS-focused strategic program/operational rhythms, facilitating collaboration and high impact business outcomes across our core and regional leadership teams. In addition, you will take on strategic projects/initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence for our EPS business (as prioritized).
