With a vision to “create delightful Windows experiences that empower people and organizations to achieve more,” the Windows Consumer Devices Marketing team drives strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution for Windows devices in partnership with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), silicon partners, and global sales teams. We work at the intersection of hardware innovation and software intelligence, shaping the future of AI-powered PCs. In this role, as Product Marketing Manager, Windows Consumer Devices, you will be accountable for building and executing go-to-market strategies for Windows devices and driving growth across consumer and commercial segments. You will lead pricing, investment, and portfolio strategies that align with Microsoft’s product vision, while also owning the Windows compensable metrics that directly impact field seller compensation and sales execution globally. This highly visible role requires regular engagement with senior leadership up to the VP level and strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, finance, and business planning teams.
