We are the Windows Agents and Growth Initiatives (WinAGI) team, a part of the Windows + Devices (W+D) organization in Microsoft. Our team’s vision is to infuse AI in different layers of Windows, build great AI agents and grow our customer base! You will lead a growing team that builds AI agents and partners with several teams in Windows and the Microsoft CoPilot team! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to AI-intense projects, and provide leadership in the development of AI-powered features for Windows. If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and have a strong C++ and machine learning background, we’d love to hear from you!
