This work demands solving complex challenges in the Windows operating systems and building mission-critical services and infrastructure. In addition to updates, we empower commercial and enterprise customers with products and solutions to deploy and secure their devices effectively.
Our team, Customer Focused Engineering (CFE) plays a critical role in building and enhancing the validation platform along with building AI-based tools for enhancing test execution and failure analysis. This platform is responsible for running validations for all supported Windows OS Servicing releases. The team uses large-scale distributed systems to run validation and test jobs to ensure our customers receive the highest quality Windows updates every month. This team is also responsible for building the best experience for our engineers by applying AI in building tools that make development and processes more agile and efficient. We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Software Engineering Manager leader to join our mission. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable, reliable software systems, shape technical strategies, and build cloud services that operate at high availability and scale, all while mentoring and empowering a diverse, talented engineering team. You will lead the design and implementation of new features by aggregating data streams, writing business logic, designing user interfaces – all using the most advanced technology stack.
