As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader driving the architecture, strategy, and execution of next-generation workplace experiences. You will lead the design and development of AI-integrated platforms that unify mobile and web UX, enabling seamless, personalized, and context-aware interactions across all employee touchpoints. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that scale across Microsoft’s global footprint, while mentoring and guiding senior engineers to achieve technical excellence.
This position is based at the Redmond campus, with three days per week in the office and two days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.
