Azure Fiber seeks an Optical Network Engineer to design, manage, and evaluate fiber and cable products. Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Operations teams to support both our Romsey facility and outsourced manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining product specifications, utilizing databases and software workflows for product control, and applying data science and statistics to analyze product and process data, ensuring high-quality performance. Key duties involve root cause analysis, maintaining optical performance estimators for link budgets, developing and tracking product KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven optimization of fiber and cable solutions.
