The Minecraft Business Operations team is the primary team supporting Mojang Studios operations and the COO. Within this Redmond-based team, we establish and manage partnerships which bring external resources, tools, and services into the studio’s ecosystem. These partnerships cover a wide scope, including studio-wide external development support, cloud orders, and software.
As an Operations Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our franchise’s business growth through identifying external partners for our various operational needs. You will draft and negotiate agreements, manage the deal lifecycle process, and manage the partner relationship. You will be responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices, and maintaining key tools for the team.
