HR Generalist Position
This key HR Generalist position, located in Copenhagen, will see you as an integral part of the day to day HR Operations of Microsoft's Danish business. You will connect with the local business and the wider EMEA HR team to ensure HR service delivery to the business.
A large part of this role is to provide the required administrative support to the Denmark country HR Manager. However, as part of the Nordic HR Generalist team, you are also expected to work proactively to identify and implement ways in which we can improve and scale our HR resources across the Nordic region.
This opportunity would suit someone with a HR Operations or shared services background in addition to a HR generalist background.
