In the Finance Manager of Engineering R&D, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to align $20B+ in resources across ~100K FTE to the highest-impact priorities; you will deliver rigorous modeling and analysis that informs revenue decisions, shapes capex and cloud/AI capacity, and elevates margin performance through efficient, scalable processes; you will create and socialize finance frameworks that clarify trade-offs and guide resource allocation; you will turn ambiguity into clear, data-driven recommendations that influence product strategy and execution; and you will thrive in an inclusive, growth-minded team that values curiosity, systems thinking, collaboration, and career development.
