As an Equipment Engineer in the Photo EUV process, you will be responsible for independently leading and executing projects with minimal supervision. These projects include, but are not limited to, the rapid deployment of advanced equipment, improvement of equipment utilization, promotion of sustainability initiatives, and cost reduction efforts. You are expected to deliver projects within defined timelines while achieving established performance targets.
Furthermore, you will be expected to establish and maintain effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including equipment, process, production, and global teams. As a key member of the Photo organization, you will contribute to cross-functional alignment and ensure the successful execution of operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities and Tasks :
• Complete all required safety training and perform all tasks in accordance with Micron's safety policies
• Create and maintain documentation detailing equipment performance, operational procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics.
• Lead the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and procedural gaps.
• Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Strong problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand, present, teach, and develop technical topics.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as scripting, RPA, and Tableau.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic English communication skills.
