Responsibilities

• Maintain and Improve Equipment Performance: Successfully implement maintenance protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure flawless operation.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Strictly adhere to safety standards and quality guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• FAB Operations: Willing to wear a FAB suit and work within the FAB environment, ensuring all operations are completed to the highest standards.
• Vendor Collaboration: Develop a good attitude to learn professional knowledge from vendors and apply it to fix equipment independently.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Proven expertise in equipment engineering or a related field, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong logic and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure detailed and accurate work.
• Language Skills: English reading ability to understand technical documents and communicate effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ambition and accountability in identifying issues and determining effective solutions.
• Experience: Previous experience in equipment learning and handling is highly valued.
