Our client in the Automotive Fastener Industry is seeking a Threader Operator to join their team. As a Threader, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience operating and monitoring thread-rolling or thread-cutting machines used to produce threaded fasteners or components to customer specifications.

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate thread-rolling, thread-cutting, or thread-forming machines (e.g., flat-die, cylindrical die, or single-point threaders).
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, dies, and guides according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, work orders, and setup sheets.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and feed rate.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and perform in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.

Job Responsibility

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• 1+ years of experience operating and monitoring thread-rolling or thread-cutting machines used to produce threaded fasteners or components to customer specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tooling, machine alignment, and metal forming processes.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
