Job Duties: Perform testing of automotive systems to ensure proper function and performance. Understand and analyze the system requirements and Software Requirements. Drive business critical testing efforts to ensure performance, reliability and scalability which include, test planning, test creation, test execution, reviews, and reporting. Review system requirements and create test procedures to validate them. Execute test cases and troubleshoot issues in vehicle communication networks. Work with features such as battery management, charging, propulsion, and power conversion. Review and manage system requirements throughout the testing process. Identify and report software issues found during vehicle testing. Report and track vehicle software issues using issue tracking systems. Manage and maintain test documentation and version control of test assets. Simulate system behavior to support testing. Set up and configure test benches for high voltage systems. Review Verification and Validation reports and documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. Co-ordination with cross functional teams. Development and maintenance of the Design Traceability Matrix. Interact with the client in various forums to discuss the status of the project, clarify any functionality related queries. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product design, schedules, or potential problems. Analyze the requirements and perform the requirement gap analysis and get a clear understanding before the start of the test design and an exercise to minimize the requirement defects. Involve in reviewing test cases, defects, test results to ensure the technical accuracy and completeness of the test as per the system design and requirements managed. Provide architectural input on new and existing QA and testing solutions. Utilize bug tracking tools and test case management tools. Develop user behavior models for performance tests. Mentor and train junior engineers in testing practices and system knowledge. Conduct meetings with internal and external teams to prioritize and resolve system issues.

Job Requirements: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Automation Tester, QA Analyst, IT Analyst, Quality Engineer, or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.

Salary Range: $92,144.00/Year to $93,000.00/Year
