Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi
• Manage and optimize Active Directory domains, group policies, and authentication services
• Deploy and support Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection and recovery
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support enterprise initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware, Active Directory, Veeam, and Cisco
• Solid understanding of disaster recovery strategies and implementation
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
