In this role, you'll ensure that every service we provide meets the highest standards of quality, complies with Michigan Mental Health Code, and reflects our unwavering commitment to person-centered care. You'll mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team while collaborating with community partners to help the people we serve thrive.

Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Required: LMSW licensure.
Required: Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in mental health, developmental, or disability services.
Required: At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in human services.
Strong understanding of Mental Health Code and best practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills: Experience with case management systems and electronic health records (EHR). Crisis intervention and conflict resolution expertise. Knowledge of local community resources and supports.
