Structural Engineer

Interviewing ASAP! Hours: Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday. Onsite role- must be willing to drive to Beverly Hills, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage several high-complexity projects and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously.
• Direct or contribute to the planning, design, and technical review of structural systems and facilities.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for steel and concrete foundations and support structures.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction records.
• Collaborate with other engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure cohesive and coordinated construction documents.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and contractors to ensure alignment of project processes and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor Structural Engineer I and II team members, providing guidance on project tasks and development.
• Communicate scope changes and project updates to the project executive and broader team.
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and perform field measurements.
• Stay current with industry standards and maintain professional development in structural engineering.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Beverly Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 401k match (currently 3%), company & individual performance, 3 weeks PTO (first 5 years).

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Beverly Hills, MI.
