Staff AI Engineer

The role of the Staff AI Engineer is responsible for supporting and reinforcing the adoption of AI Software Engineering across the MFG IT organization with the goal of establishing significant improvements in the Manufacturing space relative to manufacturing productivity/efficiency. The Staff AI Engineer will drive the identification, evaluation, and adoption of rapid iterative and incremental computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning software solutions together with Junior and Principal AI Engineers and our Manufacturing Engineering business partners.

Your skills and abilities include:

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Data Science
• In-depth knowledge and experience with software development
• In-depth experience designing, training, testing and deploying deep learning models for vision applications
• In-depth experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Keras
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 10+ years of AI, ML, and/or data science experience
• In-depth experience with Ops, MLOps, and/or LLMOps

Compensation for this role is $185,600 - $285,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
