Strategic Product Development For Battery Electric Vehicle Products

Lead strategic product development of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) products for automotive original equipment customers utilizing new product development process; collaborate on product development items with customer engineering team to ensure solution state provided meets customer requirements; design, prototype and build minimum viable products (prototypes) to complete initial concept validation and design of experiments; oversee/support product development from concept to validation to launch, including tracking data and information, and liaise with customer during development process; provide detailed design information for use in quoting new programs; coordinate with the sales and program management staff on new and sourced programs, including interpreting customer's technical documents, communicating issues directly with customer, and tailoring a product solution to meet requirements; translate information into the company systems as technical information regarding critical items related to program, including identifying the assembly process, critical features, new technology requirements, validation, and overall build structure.
