Are you a hands-on robotics expert ready to drive industry-leading automation projects? We're seeking a Senior Robot Process Engineer with deep expertise in FANUC robotics and advanced dispensing solutions. You'll play a critical role managing projects from concept to implementation—optimizing performance, mentoring team members, and integrating cutting-edge vision technology.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute complex robotics projects in automotive manufacturing environments (GM, Ford)
  • Own project budgets, timelines, task lists, and deliverables
  • Select robot models and options best suited to each application
  • Develop offline programs (OLP), teach TCPs, Frames, Loads, and configure DCS safety settings
  • Set up robot I/O, including end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and communication interfaces
  • Integrate and configure various dispensing equipment and 3rd party software
  • Develop and validate process simulations—internal and external
  • Implement cycle time improvements and robot path optimization
  • Mentor and support junior engineers

What You'll Bring

  • Expert-level FANUC robotics programming
  • Solid experience with VISION systems, especially FANUC 3D and body offsets
  • ABB robot and dispense process experience (preferred)
  • PLC5–5000 and automotive automation knowledge (a plus)
  • Proven ability to write custom programs from scratch and deliver on time
  • Strong manufacturing automation background—especially automotive settings
