Senior Director Of Client Service Delivery

As our Senior Director of Client Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our client service delivery operations. Your daily responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence. You will act as an intermediary between Customer Partners and Operations, focusing on creating customer-facing content, generating data insights, and managing key customer initiatives. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing strategic leader with a focus on service delivery, possessing extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare management. You will need to seamlessly integrate client needs with operational capabilities, ensuring both satisfaction and service excellence.

Here's What You Can Expect

  • Manage strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and align with VP guidance, converting client priorities into actionable initiatives.
  • Lead initiative execution, including scoping, planning, tracking to KPI targets, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and own client communication strategies, manage systemic risks and escalations, and act as a project manager or sponsor.
  • Mentor and guide managers and analysts to build scalable self-monitoring processes, deliver proactive insights, and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Possess 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically in back-end patient financial services at a director level, with hospital experience preferred, and proficiency in Epic or similar EMR systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct analysis, convert insights into actionable strategies, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment, managing relationships across mid-management to C-suite levels.
  • Have experience running large projects with a black belt/six sigma understanding and background in an outsourced environment or as a healthcare consultant.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $144,408.92 - $218,451.48 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%.
