Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design future state solutions within Salesforce.

Solution Design: Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models, and technical specs often configuring declarative features like workflows, flows, objects, and fields.

Project Management: Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement, and scope for Salesforce projects working with Agile Scrum.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users, sales, service, marketing, and developers admins presenting solutions and progress.

Testing Deployment Support: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases.

Data Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights, build reports, and manage data integrity.

Core Skills Knowledge

Salesforce Platform: Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and declarative tools.

Business Analysis: Requirements engineering, process modeling, UML, Agile Scrum.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture.

Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and nontechnical presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD $115,000 to 120,000/year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
