Sales And Marketing Intern - Fall 2025

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

The Sales and Marketing Intern will provide marketing support and resources to the business development department. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the business development team members
• Conducting research of the market to determine trends in customer spending and Department of Defense funding
• Building upon and developing current design of materials while adhering to brand standards (print, web, etc.)
• Producing new concepts, developing reference materials, providing inspiration and providing creative input across all media channels (print, digital, social, etc.)
• Interpreting complex data into well thought-out and designed infographics and maps
• Providing additional visual support to leadership through various channels (presentations, trade shows, etc.)
• Developing consistent visual voice across all materials
• Coordinating other projects as assigned by the manager

Job requirements:

• 2-3 years college education, marketing concentration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent administrative skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
