Network Performance Optimization Specialist
Design and optimization testing and analysis to improve network performance. Do analysis for UMTS, Small Cell, WIMAX, LTE and Son technologies. Conduct network and KPI monitoring and troubleshooting. Perform propagation analysis, model tuning and link budget planning. Use propagation planning tool such as planet EV, populating with appropriate parameters, and analyzing various scenarios. Perform coverage and capacity planning for site level design (antenna, cable selection, antenna location, azimuth, etc.) verification. Participate in final RF design and design reviews. Conduct RF parameter optimization and drive test processing to improve performance. Utilizing planet EV or other designing tool to work on modeling techniques for completing RF designs for new markets. Monitor of load on customer servers (OSS/RNC) by son applications and network performance KPI monitoring and troubleshooting.
