Schedule: Training: 8 weeks on-site. Post-training: Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days on-site). Shift options: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Experience: 2+ years of recent financial services experience OR recent Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field plus some professional work experience.
Skills & tools: CRM experience (preferred), call center experience (preferred), strong data entry skills with high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), ability to navigate multiple systems using dual monitors.
Professional attributes: clear, professional communication (written & verbal), quick learner with strong multitasking ability, reliable attendance and punctuality, professional demeanor.
What you'll do: process forms and transactions (rollovers, transfers, documentation), respond to email inquiries and resolve issues, ensure compliance with regulations, audit account activity for accuracy, interpret account rules and provide guidance, collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous training.
