Our team is built on a foundation of quality workmanship, reliability, and teamwork. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of performing both service and installation work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair all types of residential HVAC equipment, including:
• High-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners
• Heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems
• Boilers and on-demand (tankless) water heaters
• Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform maintenance, safety inspections, and system start-ups
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and company vehicle
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding work performed and recommendations
• Ensure all work meets local code and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Boiler experience required (installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
• Experience with mini-splits, ERVs, high-efficiency systems, and on-demand water heaters preferred
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
