The production support analyst will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving incidents request in production systems. They will act as point of contact for any system related inquires, escalating issues to development and infrastructure teams. This person will perform data corrections and updates. They will create SQL scripts and stored procedures to update critical data due to software gaps.
