Production Support Analyst

The production support analyst will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents in production systems. They will act as the point of contact for any system-related inquiries, escalating issues to development and infrastructure teams. This person will perform data corrections and updates. They will create SQL scripts and stored procedures to update critical data due to software gaps.

Skills and requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in production/application support (preferably in logistics)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as TMS or WMS
• Hands-on SQL experience
• Strong communication skills
