Operations/Exceptions Associate (Banking)

Pay Rate: $20.88 per hour

Contract: 6 months (opportunity for extension)

Hybrid: 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remote.

What's a typical day as an Operations/Exceptions Associate? You'll be:

  • Processing exceptions and general ledger entries to consumer accounts.
  • Performing daily tasks and analysis related to reviewing, processing, decisioning, and qualifying Hogan exception items
  • Handling your individual workload and contributing to the completion of daily work for the department
  • Communicating effectively and professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal, with staff, management, and customers
  • Meeting deadlines, service level agreements, and Key Performance Metrics while following all procedures
  • Making recommendations for enhancements or changes to processes and escalating complex issues to senior staff

  • HOGAN system (bank platform) preferred
