Assists in review of weekly/bi-weekly timecards and helps Supervisors with updates to timecards in the Global Time and Attendance system. Also supports with resolving payroll related issues.
Supports the supervisor with managing the Global Time and Attendance system including training and general maintenance and integrity of the data in the system. Assists with review and audit of the weekly/bi-weekly adjustments and historical edits. Assists the supervisors with establishing payrolls and writing/creating reports. Verifies weekly/bi-weekly payroll information for employees and serves as back-up for other operations payroll coordinators. Verifies, audits and signs-off on weekly/bi-weekly payroll for designated facilities. Responds to departmental and outside requests for payroll information and employee check inquiries. Assists in the application of the department policies and compliance. Addresses inquiries and works through payroll, FMLA and related issues with employees in cooperation with the supervisor. Works with supervisors to resolve issues between reported systems information and the handbook. Works with supervisors to ensure attendance warnings are appropriately issued. Monitors and responds to tickets in the ECSC system and assigns and/or process as appropriate. Ensure all tickets are processed timely and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as handling confidential information in a professional manner. Requires computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Success Factors, Global Time and Attendance or similar systems. Demonstrated detail orientation, and able to meet internal and external deadlines with high level of accuracy and work on multiple projects simultaneously is required. High school education or equivalent. Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred.
