Michigan's Adventure Internship Program 2026

Michigan's Adventure and WildWater Adventure is looking for talented students to join our amazing team as paid interns for our 2026 season. Responsibilities: At Michigan's Adventure and WildWater Adventure you will find over 60 rides, slides, and attractions, including seven roller coasters and we want you to join us in being a part of our best day guest experience. As a member of our team, you will…

  • Provide our guests with a safe environment to enjoy their visit.

Gain skills:

  • All interns:
    • Gain first-hand experience and knowledge working directly in the field.
    • Meet and network with other college interns as part of our program.
    • Get valuable opportunities to meet, engage, and learn directly from park leaders and management.
    • Attend and complete several leadership training classes to expand and develop your leadership, knowledge, and expertise.
    • Attend business seminars taught by park leaders and management where you can learn about all the facets of the theme park business in hospitality.
  • Hospitality intern opportunities:
    • Business administrative support - $14.25/hour
    • Food & beverage management internship - $15.75/hour
    • Hospitality administration internship - $14.25/hour
    • Human resources internship - $15.00/hour
    • Park services internship - $15.00/hour
    • Waterpark operations internship - $16.00/hour (after completing lifeguard class)

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program at Michigan's Adventure).
  • Commit to working at minimum 24 hours per week AND be available to work/attend intern program activities as well as work on weekends/peak days.
  • Ability and comfort with working in both indoor and outdoor environments that may include a variety of weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, wind, etc.)
  • Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is an equal opportunity employer. A work permit may be required for associates under the age of 18.
