Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS supports Huntington settlement customers by processing and respective functions. Duties & responsibilities include: researching settlement transactions, escalating complex customer issues as appropriate, coordinating training of operations customer service specialists, coordinating special projects as assigned, updating and maintaining department procedures, researching and reconciling settlement services general ledgers, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid role, you must be located near either 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio, 295 Huntington Circle Akron, Ohio or 333 Main St Midland Mi.
Basic qualifications: 3 or more years of financial operational experience, high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications: bachelor’s degree, experience with settlement of monetary transactions, general ledger research experience. Exempt status: no. Workplace type: office.
