Operations Control Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Control Assistant to support our operations teams at our world-class manufacturing facility in Iron Mountain, MI. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily operational processes.

A Day In The Life

• Take ownership of all operational metrics and reporting
• Maintain and improve existing operational methods and procedures
• Generate and manage daily operational priority lists
• Perform job closures and updates within Syteline ERP and SAP systems

• Proficiency with Syteline ERP and SAP systems
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fast and accurate typing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Quick and effective problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
