Job Position
This is an on-call position. Provides food service, custodial, grounds maintenance, general labor or other main support on an on-call basis.
Laundry helper position will be handling laundry in the Veterinary Medical Center work units; this includes retrieving the soiled laundry, sorting, washing, drying, folding and distributing clean items back to the clinic. First shift, second shift, weekday and weekends are available.
Desired qualifications include experience in a laundry facility; experience in a medical setting.

Summary of health risks: Possible exposure to animals with potential TB and rabies risk.
Summary of physical demands: Lifting loads of laundry into and out of carts, onto tables and into washer and dryer. Pushing carts containing laundry to other units.
