Customer Support Representative (Hybrid Remote)

Location: Troy, MI 48089 Pay: $17.00/hour to start + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits Schedule: Mon–Fri 11:30 AM–8:00 PM (Training: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM) Hybrid Remote after Training (3 remote 2 in office days) Interview Date: October 16 | Start Date: October 29 Computer Provided | Hybrid Remote After First Month

What You'll Do:

• Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
• Assist with homeowners insurance questions, including payments and coverage
• Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately
• Deliver professional, solution-focused support with every interaction
• Occasionally follow up via email and participate in rotational Saturday shifts (once/month)

What You Bring:

• 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred, retail considered)
• Comfortable using a Windows PC and navigating software
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Important Notes:

• No time off approved during the first 6 weeks
• Training is 100% onsite for the first month, then transitions to hybrid remote
• Permanent position — not temporary

Interview Format:

2-hour group interview Includes a company presentation, a brief personal intro (45 seconds), and an open Q&A Be ready to share your customer service, computer, and phone experience — plus a fun professional fact about yourself!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
