Member Services Representative

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Member Services Representative to join their team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.
• Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.
• Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.

What's Needed?

• Full Time: 35-40 hours per week. Must be available until 6pm, M-F, typical shifts are 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 9am-6pm. Occasion Saturday shifts 9AM-1PM.
• Primarily based in Marquette but may be expected to work in Ishpeming on an as-needed basis.
• Temporary to possible hire position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience required.
