Medication Therapy Management Analyst

The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Analyst assists the departmental clinical pharmacists and other staff in the operations of the MTM Program. Education/experience required includes a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, exemplary oral and written communication skills, and previous call center experience strongly desired. The ability to use office productivity and departmental computer systems effectively is necessary. Experience in creating and utilizing spreadsheets and databases is desirable. Previous retail pharmacy, hospital or managed care pharmacy experience is strongly desired. Previous work experience with senior citizens (individuals over 65 years of age) is strongly desired. Previous patient healthcare navigator experience is strongly desired.
