One Team US is seeking a senior-level Marketing Growth Leader to architect and execute scalable demand generation strategies across our portfolio of SaaS platforms and software services, including Whizpot, Got Your Team, Falcomatics, and emerging AI-driven products. This role is not a traditional marketing manager position. It requires a strategic operator with deep SaaS growth experience, performance marketing expertise, product-led growth understanding, and the ability to align technical infrastructure with measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS positioning, multi-brand strategy, attribution modeling, and demand capture systems --- and can translate that into qualified leads, demos, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Demonstrated success scaling SaaS products via inbound and paid acquisition
• Strong understanding of CAC/LTV modeling and demand forecasting
• Experience managing multi-product or multi-brand portfolios
• Deep knowledge of SEO, paid search, and LinkedIn advertising
• Experience implementing marketing automation and CRM integration
• Strong analytical background with a performance accountability mindset
