Marketing Associate

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic communications for our commercial construction company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and is passionate about building strong industry relationships through compelling marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business development goals.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing communications, strategy, and management.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and digital marketing.
• Strong skills in social media and construction marketing.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with administrative support and Adobe software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in advertising.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
