Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support customer outreach, small business contracting, documentation, and coordination with industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Support federal contracting documentation and compliance
- Assist with marketing materials, outreach, and communications
- Maintain project files and client correspondence
- Light administrative support where needed
Qualifications
- Previous background in Sales/Marketing
- Willingness for international travel
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Interest in technology or startups is a plus
