We are seeking a dedicated Lead Service Technician to oversee project builds and installations of industrial equipment across the country. You will be responsible for leading and managing the installation team, including both internal and subcontracted technicians. This role involves traveling to client sites and ensuring all activities from Customer Bid to Build and Installation are executed with precision and excellence.
4+ years of experience in industrial automation assembly with demonstrated leadership experience. Strong technical expertise in building panels, machines, and systems using schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience with installing wire trays and conduits, and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components. Ability to read and understand mechanical/pneumatic drawings and electrical schematics. Experience in machine and panel building, conduit installation, and VFD/480V motor systems. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Valid driver's license.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
