Laborer Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our collection route team. This role involves physically demanding, hands-on work and requires the ability to perform in all weather conditions. The Laborer will ride along with collection drivers and assist with manual collection tasks throughout the day. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday--Friday with occasional Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Ride along with collection routes and assist with manual collection duties
- Lift, carry, and move items 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the driver and team members
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers
