The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth within strategic aerospace accounts by ensuring full customer satisfaction, demand alignment, and long-term business development. The KAM acts as the main commercial interface between the customer and BMT, managing contract execution, pricing, and delivery performance. This role requires the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and BMT management, while maintaining high-level engagement with the customer's leadership teams.
