Collaborate with customers, key account teams, engineering, sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales engineering support for precision-engineered automotive chain drive systems for automotive OEM manufacturers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, combining knowledge of supply chain, production engineering, and chain drive system specifications to support targeted sales engineering to drive growth and profitability for assigned customer accounts.
Act as primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Responsible for commercial activities, including price negotiations, contract management, and the resolution of any financial discrepancies.
Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate improvement strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing customers and participate in new customer acquisition.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and industry trends to management.
