Position Overview

Looking for an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to join Integrated Services Finance supporting the growing Connect & Engage business pillar. Candidates will expand their business acumen through product ownership, involvement in close activities, and financial analysis and presentations. Launched during summer 2023, Ford Integrated Services is creating and marketing new customer experiences to allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before. By integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e, and Ford Pro, our portfolio of products and services will only grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

What You'll Do

Connect & Engage is a complex business affecting multiple line items on Ford's income statement. Participate and present in weekly operating metrics reporting and monthly forecast meetings. Manage reporting of key business physicals (i.e. point of sale and paid subscription counts). Provide leadership on month end close to ensure accurate reporting of financials including validation of pricing and offerings in the business' Master Services List, validating revenue absolutes posted by various Corporate systems, reconciling cost reporting. Work with operating partners to develop business cases / analysis to support management decisions, communicate timely financial forecasts with variance explanations, and offer business insights when considering new business opportunities.

You'll Have

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on finance, economics, or a similar field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 5+ years of experience in finance. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to drive financial analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable presenting financial results. Strong analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge helpful. High attention to detail, including tie points. Highly motivated and disciplined, yet highly flexible with the ability to adapt to leadership needs. Process oriented with a continuous improvement mentality.
