Position: Insurance Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: + English: $17/hour + Bilingual (Spanish): $18.50/hour Start Date: January 6 (Insurance Servicing Class) Training Schedule: + First 30 days: Fully on-site, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM + After training: Hybrid schedule, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM + Hybrid eligibility based on adherence, quality, and attendance performance Important: No time off permitted during the first 6 weeks. Responsibilities + Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day (average call length: 11–14 minutes). + Respond to insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. + Address inquiries related to homeowners insurance, including payments and coverage details. + Multi-task across multiple systems to research, document, and resolve calls accurately. + Ensure timely, professional responses that meet internal and external service standards. + Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
