Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Insurance Customer Service Representatives at Troy, Michigan! Key responsibilities include:

• Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily (average call duration: 11–14 minutes)
• Address insurance servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
• Topics include homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage
• Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls
• Ensure accurate and timely responses that meet internal and external standards
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and resolution skills
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred, front desk/admin acceptable)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in using a Windows PC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection (for remote training/work)
• Reliable transportation

Nice to have qualifications:

• Experience in Insurance or Mortgage servicing

Job Details:

• Location: Troy, Michigan
• Tentative Start Date: September 29, 2025
• Work Set-up: On site but may transition into Hybrid depending on work performance!
• Schedule: 30 Day training - 9:30AM - 6:30PM Post Training shift: 10:30AM - 7:00PM
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Pay and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
