Schedule: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with each call lasting around 11-14 minutes.
• Answer insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
• Address inquiries related to homeowners insurance, focusing on payment and coverage questions.
• Multi-task across various systems to research and document phone calls accurately.
• Respond promptly and accurately to meet internal and external standards consistently.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and resolve issues professionally.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
