Inside Service Representative - 3 - Remote Eligible

We are looking for a professional with:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university preferred.
• 1-3 years B to B/pharma/Inside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success selling in a remote-only environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong presentation and communication skills utilizing supplied tools.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and influence key discussions with staff.
• Focused on providing a high level of customer support and service with a sense of urgency.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience maintaining accurate records of all activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred.
• Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
• High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work.
• Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs.

The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-$60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
