As a member of our high-performing Inside Sales team, you will drive Oracle Cloud Infrastructure contract replenishments and identify expansion opportunities that help DoW customers maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure investments. This is a remote position and the candidate can live anywhere in the US, with a preference for the greater Washington DC area.
What You'll Do:
4+ years of inside sales, cloud renewals/replenishments, account management, or related experience—ideally with federal or public sector clients. In-depth understanding of the full sales cycle for renewals or replenishments, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas through phone, virtual, and digital engagement. Proven negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven sales environment. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges. Experience building relationships and closing cloud/technology deals with minimal direction. Federal market or Department of War experience a strong advantage.
