Responsibilities:
Develop, verify, and validate simulation models using dynamic simulation software (preferably Plant Simulation from Siemens). Conduct material flow simulations and analysis. Develop material handling systems such as fork trucks, tuggers, AGV, AGC, and AMR, etc. Perform delivery route analysis. Conduct throughput capacity, bottleneck, and downtime analysis. Optimize MHE, routes, and other resources. Determine buffer capacity and perform sensitivity analysis. Develop comprehensive reports summarizing simulation findings and providing actionable suggestions. Act as SME and mentor other team members.

Plant Simulation, Tecnomatix, Siemens Plant Simulation Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in IE/ Data Analytics. Minimum of 2+ years\' experience in developing simulation models using Siemens Plant Simulation. Expertise in material flow simulation, AGV/AMR modelling and analysis. Expertise in creating custom object library in Siemens Plant Simulation. Programming experience with Plant Simulation Sim talk and any languages like VC++, Python. Experience in automotive manufacturing or logistics. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills. Ability to succeed in a high-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
